General conditions

01The property or plot of land is not yet known to us and the owner is not yet known to us.
02The property or plot of land is not yet publicly advertised for sale (e.g. in newspapers, on internet portals, through sales signs, etc.).
03Tipster commissions must be explicitly agreed and confirmed with us before or when a recommendation is made. Tipsters who only notify us of their commission claim after a property has been brokered by our company and of whose tip we therefore have no knowledge when the brokerage contract is concluded cannot be considered.
04Tips for your own property or that of your partner will not be honored.
