In addition to our sales location in Munich, we also have another sales-oriented location in Luxembourg.

Your Tasks

  • Valuation, acquisition and sale of high-quality real estate
  • Market research and continuous monitoring of the real estate market in Munich and the surrounding area
  • Constant monitoring of market and competitive developments
  • Professional, friendly demeanor and proactive customer support throughout the entire acquisition and sales process
  • Independent, structured and team-oriented work
  • Contributing new ideas to improve the acquisition and sales processes

Your Profile

  • You have at least two years of experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate and have a high level of motivation and a sense of responsibility
  • Success is no coincidence for you – you do everything you can not only to achieve your goals, but to exceed them!
  • You know your way around Munich and monitoring the Munich real estate market is part of your daily tasks
  • You have strong rhetorical, mediation and communication skills and have no fear of contact with existing or new customers
  • You have negotiating skills and are good at persuasion
  • Very good language skills in German and English
